How You Can Get Involved
There are many different ways to get involved with the mentor program, depending on your skills, time, and talents. You can:
Become a volunteer, community intern, or guest trainer
Make a cash donation to the program
We Need Your Help
The Fighting Back Mentor Program is a program of the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, a non-profit organization. All donations to the Mentor Program are tax deductible.
Although our mentors are volunteers, the program could not operate without the mentor program staff, who recruit our mentors, screen them, train them, continue to provide support and case management for each match, and organize group events and activities.
If you don't have the time to become a mentor, you can still help support a child who needs one by making a donation to the program. Please help us sustain our efforts so that we can continue to make a difference in the lives of children who so desperately need our help.
